The show Rain, which was written and directed by Daniele Finzi Pasca, has been nominated for the Drama Desk Awards in New York in three categories:
- Unique Theatrical Experience - Rain;
- Outstanding Director of a Musical - Daniele Finzi Pasca;
- Outstanding Lighting Design - Martin Labrecque.
These awards, which are given to the best Broadway and off-Broadway productions each year.
WHALES MILLENIUM 2005
Nominated in Great Britain by the Management Association (TMA) in the « Best Touring Production of the Year Theatre Award » category in 2005 for the series of show presented at the Whales Millennium Center.

"Rain" Cirque Éloize, Best of Broadway, Curran Theatre (September). Wild wackiness awash in wispy wistfulness, the Canadian circus' latest show, created by the inventive Daniele Finzi Pasca (who also directed Cirque du Soleil's fine "Corteo"), highlighted a fall full of superlative circus arts.
